lady of the flail a masterpiece of an album. i am a huge fan of tolkien so this instantly drew me in but the album simply blew my mind. it was like there was magic interwoven between each note that played and i could not stop listening. i obviously had to buy the entire discography after that. Favorite track: In the Gardens of Lórien.

Valaquenta II is the second part of the Valaquenta ritual, the music that guides the story of the Valar according to the Silmarillion by J. R. R. Tolkien. In Frostgard's second release, the stories and thoughts of the Valar are told through dark and ancient melodies of Dungeon Synth music.

Valaquenta is dedicated to the greatest spirits of this world, the Valar.
